Until her recent move to
Westbrook,
Barbara was a resident of Wallingford for 40 years. She obtained
her CT real estate license at the tender age of 20 and has been an active
realtor ever since.
Barbara and her
husband Joe kept their real estate interests close to home, personally
experiencing the joys, trials and tribulations of real estate investing
and property management. They pushed up their sleeves and delved into the
purchasing, renovating and reselling of “well-loved” homes in need of
special attention…giving Barbara yet another place, besides her own
home, in which to put her creative decorating, and gardening talents
to good use.
On
one of her antique hunting occasions, Barbara attended a tag sale in
Madison. Never being one to overlook an opportunity, Barbara negotiated a
contract on the home itself—it wasn’t even for sale!
When all is said and done, Barbara has purchased and sold more than
50 properties.
Barbara
is the mother of two daughters and two beautiful grandchildren that she
dotes on whenever possible. She is also an avid Dauschund-lover. Her
delightfully animated pooch named “Moby” clearly runs her heart and
her home. In her down time, she loves relaxing in her beachfront home
where she enjoys boating, photography, art, creative writing, and
entertaining family and friends.
