"When
you're looking up at 120 orders
from appetizers to entrees, all
of which have to be individually prepared to the highest standard, you'd
better be totally organized and know what you're doing...being
unflappable is good, too." He could also mention that you need to be
dedicated, skilled, hard working, and have great problem solving skills.
As the chef/owner of a critically
acclaimed fine dining restaurant for 18 years, Dan Trzcinski still
retains the qualities that now serve him so well as a real estate
professional. "Dan not only knows what he’s doing, but he follows
through long beyond the closing," says K. Callahan who bought two homes
through Dan. "It was as though we were family. He delivers an unusual
level of service!"
“I'm good at putting myself in the
other person’s shoes," Dan says. "I want what they want."
Working in real estate occupies much
of his time, but he finds the time to be very active in the Men’s Club
of his church and he also is on the Board of Directors of Master’s
Manna, a non-profit group dedicated to feeding the hungry and clothing
those who are in need, as well as teaching them skills and helping them
find jobs. When he’s free, Dan enjoys the theatre, a great book and
working in his beautiful gardens with his very spoiled Jack Russell,
Missy. He still loves to cook, but only for family and friends. An Air
Force veteran who was stationed in Korea, he is married to Lucille, his
wife of thirty-five years. He is the father of four and doting “Grampa”
to Brianna, 11 and Gregory, 2. His pet peeves? “People who don’t
return their phone calls!”
