One would definitely define
Steve
Sundlof as a
multi-tasker—a person with endless ideas and creative inspiration. Prior to joining
MainLine, Steve was an Associate Editor with the
international trade publication, Antiques and the Arts Weekly.
Primarily involved in the Historic Homes section, profiling properties
found on the National Historic Registry, he provided editorial coverage and
photography for some of the largest antique shows throughout New England;
receiving rave reviews for his editorial insights. Formerly, Steve was a
Senior Account Executive for seven years with a Westchester-based
corporate communications firm. It was Steve’s artistic and intuitive
nature, combined with his drive and determination to provide superior
customer service that enabled him to quickly rise to the top of his field.
Steve is also no stranger to putting
his capable hands to hard work having spent 20-years contracting and
remodeling residential properties with his twin brother, Dave. This unique skill-set, quite uncharacteristic to the role of real
estate agent, combined with an education in fine art, architecture and
architectural rendering, allows for his in-depth insights, benefiting both
buyers and sellers alike.
Holding a BFA in photography,
Steve’s varied interests include art history, flea market excursions in
search of Arts & Crafts period artifacts, making plans to remodel his
1969 Camaro, kayaking, traveling, gardening and home improvements. He's
also pursuing his private rating as a helicopter pilot. A
recreational bicyclist at this point in his life, Steve at one time completed
a 3,357 mile cross-country bike trip, from Atlantic City to Seattle,
Washington, to benefit the American Lung Association.
